Shipping Policy

Delivery within Nigeria takes 5-7 Business days

All International orders are fulfilled by DHL and delivery takes 7-14 Business days.

Orders must equal or exceed the amount shown after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the promotion.

DHL Express shipping methods do not include Duties or Taxes. Duties or Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy

Products must be returned within 3-5 Business days for orders placed in Nigeria and 10 Business days from the date of delivery for others shipped outside Nigeria.

Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.

Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!

Sale products cannot be exchanged.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing"

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
